If you experience a shipping issue with a protected order, contact PAKMAN Customer Support and provide your order number, tracking information, and any photographs or supporting information requested. After the claim has been reviewed and approved, PAKMAN may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances of the claim and the applicable Package Protection terms.

Package Protection does not cover situations including, but not limited to, an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, fraudulent claims, or circumstances otherwise excluded under the Package Protection terms.

Customers who decline Package Protection may still contact PAKMAN if an order is lost or damaged. We will assist with available carrier procedures and determine what remedies may apply.

PAKMAN and PAKMAN Confidence are available in S, M, L, XL and XXL. Both collections share the same fit and sizing, so if you know your PAKMAN size you can order the same size in Confidence.

How to measure

Waist. Measure around your natural waistline, where you normally wear your underwear. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.
Between sizes. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

At PAKMAN, we want your order to arrive safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. This policy explains our processing times, shipping options, tracking and package protection.

U.S. shipping

PAKMAN currently ships within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Standard shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is $5.95 and is estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days after the order has shipped.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is $14.95 and is estimated to arrive within 1–2 business days after shipment, where available.

Expedited shipping speeds up carrier transit time but does not necessarily shorten PAKMAN’s order-processing period.

Free U.S. shipping

Customers receive free U.S. shipping on orders of $60 or more.

The $60 minimum is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes or optional package protection charges.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

PAKMAN Package Protection — $3.75

Customers may add optional PAKMAN Package Protection for $3.75 in the cart.

Package Protection provides additional coverage for eligible orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

After the claim has been reviewed and approved, PAKMAN may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances of the claim and the applicable Package Protection terms.

Customers who decline Package Protection may still contact PAKMAN if an order is lost or damaged. We will assist with available carrier procedures and determine what remedies may apply.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact PAKMAN Customer Support as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address. Once an order has shipped, PAKMAN cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or redirected.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned and must be shipped again because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Packages marked delivered but not received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

Check around the delivery location, including porches, side doors, mailboxes, garages, and other secure areas.
Check with household members, neighbours, building staff, or anyone who may have accepted the package.
Allow up to 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before the actual delivery.
Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If the package still cannot be located, contact PAKMAN Customer Support.

Customers who purchased PAKMAN Package Protection should mention this when contacting us so the appropriate claim process can be started.

Lost packages

If tracking has stopped updating or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact PAKMAN Customer Support.

We may ask you to allow the carrier’s normal delivery window to pass before a package can officially be considered lost.

Protected orders may qualify for coverage under PAKMAN Package Protection, subject to the applicable terms.

Carrier & delivery delays

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside PAKMAN’s reasonable control.

PAKMAN will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when carrier-related delivery problems occur.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original sealed packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, underwear removed from its original sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged, except where an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
